Membership Cancellation Process

  1. Log into your account via a web browser on a laptop, iPad, desktop, or mobile device.
  2. Navigate to My Account >> Memberships >> Details.
  3. On the Membership Details page, click on the Cancel Membership option.
  4. Review the final confirmation screen to see until when your membership remains valid.
  5. If your membership has a commitment period, ensure the minimum term has been reached before cancellation.
