- Our classes run in 6 weeks blocks.
- Missed classes cannot be carried forward to the next course.
- Instead we are offering live participants access to our online platfrom at a very reduced rate so that you can enjoy/ make-up missed classes at home, please contact us for discount code.
- In the event of a medical emergency we do not offer a refund for paid classes or offer reduced rates for term bookings however if it is brought to our attention makeup classes can be used over a 6 month period.
- Minimum of 4 people necessary for a block of classes to go ahead.
- Pilates course must be paid in full the first week of a term.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for partially used terms. In exceptional circumstances, we will allow the unused classes to be transferred to another term within a three month period.
- A twenty euro deposit is required to secure your place in a new term. We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy otherwise the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged at the single rate of classes.
