2021 – Spring Series

Online Pilates

We are delighted to be able to continue with our online zoom classes.

We are running an 8-week course commencing on Tuesday the 9th of March.
When you sign up for the 8-week course, we will send you the zoom links to perform the classes live and will also send you an email with a recording of the class each week.

The benefits of this are that you don’t need to worry about missing a class. You may find that some classes focus on your particular need and wish to do a part of that class again. Or you may decide to do the class in the morning time when you have more energy/less distraction.

Please note these classes are not interactive. We will not be able to provide virtual feedback via webcam as we feel this will interrupt the class flow.

Price

The price is 80 euro for 8 classes.

We have a bonus price for those who wish to engage with two classes per week (100 euro for 16 classes).

How to signup and pay?

We can accept PayPal payments for online classes only via the below link:

Follow the below instructions and please ensure that you leave your full name, email address and class level you wish to attend (beginners/improvers or intermediate)

After payment is received, we will send you a customized series link that can be used to join the class each week.

If you are still having trouble making payments, we will accept payment via SEPA banks transfers, please contact us directly for IBAN/BIC details.

What do I need to access the class online?

  • Internet connection (1 Mbps or faster)
  • PC, MAC, IPAD, or Android Tablet
  • Speakers on the device for sound or wireless headset

Can I use my phone?

While a phone may be used to watch the class, we don’t recommend it as the resolution will be too small.

How do I use it?

We will use an app called Zoom.Us. We recommend that you install the app prior to the class start.

Once the app has installed you can test the connection and audio by visiting the below link.

Please note these classes are not interactive. At the beginning of each class, we would ask that your webcam and audio are disabled.

Can I join if I have never done Pilates before?

Yes, we will run three sessions one for beginners/improvers and one for improvers/ intermediate level and one advanced level class.

We would only recommend trying the advanced level if you have done pilates before or you are not carrying any current injuries.

Do I need equipment?

No, for comfort you could use a mat or a towel on the floor to lie down on and a small area to move around comfortably. You could also use a small towel or cushion under your head to substitute for the block when lying down.

Sometimes we use household props like food tins, a cushion, a dressing gown belt, a book or toilet roll so it might be handy to have these items available. Classes can always be performed without props if preferred.

Who will instruct the class?

Chartered Physiotherapists Suzanne Morris,  Grainne Wall or Sarah Pyper will be teaching the classes remotely.

If I purchase the class can I share the link with friends and family members?

The class is only available for one person per device, any duplicate logins will be removed.

Any amount of family members can watch the class from one device.

What if I miss the online class?

As we are now emailing out the class recording if you miss a class you can then do it at your own leisure.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for partially used online terms.

Please note payments for online classes can not be credited towards future room Classes.
