6 Week Block Live

In the event of a further lock down or health & safety issues relating to covid-19,  we will stream the classes via Zoom.  Credits will not carry forward.

Due to health & safety reasons, participants are only allowed to attend the class they have signed up for.  Change of class times or make-ups can no longer be facilitated.

Running from Tuesday 15th September to Tuesday 20th of October 2020 (Malahide only).

  • 6:00 pm Beginners (Classes will be 55 minutes duration)
  • 7:00 pm Improvers (Classes will be 55 minutes duration)
  • 8:00 pm Intermediate (Classes will be 55 minutes duration)

The class level may be subject to change depending on demand. We will endeavor to accommodate the appropriate level for each client. Places will be extremely limited due to current circumstances. 

Payments for live classes can be made week one by cash or cheque.

Payment for online classes can be made through PayPal or by cash/cheque if attending live classes.

Online Pilates

We will continue to deliver online live streaming classes that you can access from the safety of your own home.

Please note these classes are not interactive. We will not be able to provide virtual feedback via webcam as we feel this will interrupt the class flow.

Beginners/Improvers Class

  • Thursday 17th of September 7.00 pm – 7.45 pm (45 minutes)
  • Thursday 24th of September 7.00 pm – 7.45 pm (45 minutes)
  • Thursday 1st  of October  7.00 pm – 7.45 pm (45 minutes)
  • Thursday 8th of October  7.00 pm – 7.45 pm (45 minutes)
  • Thursday 15th of October  7.00 pm – 7.45 pm (45 minutes)
  • Thursday 22nd  of October  7.00 pm – 7.45 pm (45 minutes)

Intermediate Class

  • Thursday 17th of September 8.00 pm – 8.45 pm (45 minutes)

Price

A block of 6 class (one per week) is 50 Euro.

How to signup and pay?

We can accept PayPal payments for online classes only via the below link:

Follow the below instructions and please ensure that you leave your full name, email address and class level you wish to attend (beginners/improvers or intermediate)

After payment is received, we will send you a customized series link that can be used to join the class each week.

If you are still having trouble making payments, we will accept payment via SEPA banks transfers, please contact us directly for IBAN/BIC details.

What do I need to access the class online?

  • Internet connection (1 Mbps or faster)
  • PC, MAC, IPAD, or Android Tablet
  • Speakers on the device for sound or wireless headset

Can I use my phone?

While a phone may be used to watch the class, we don’t recommend it as the resolution will be too small.

How do I use it?

We will use an app called Zoom.Us. We recommend that you install the app prior to the class start.

Please note these classes are not interactive. At the beginning of each class, we would ask that your webcam and audio are disabled.

Can I join if I have never done Pilates before?

Yes, we will run two sessions one for beginners and one for intermediate level. 

We would only recommend trying the intermediate level if you have done pilates before or you are not carrying any current injuries.

Do I need equipment?

No, for the comfort you could use a mat or a towel on the floor to lie down on and a small area to move around comfortably. You could also use a small towel or cushion under your head to substitute for the block when lying down.

Who will instruct the class?

Chartered Physiotherapists Grainne Wall or Sarah Pyper will be teaching the classes remotely.

If I purchase the class can I share the link with friends and family members?

The class is only available for one person per device, any duplicate logins will be removed.

Any amount of family members can watch the class from one device.

What if I miss the live class?

Unfortunately, if you miss a live class there is no way to make it up. Credits for classes can not be carried forward to the following week.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for partially used online terms.

Please note payments for online classes can not be credited towards future room Classes.
